In the wake of a life-altering event in 2020, our founder experienced an epiphany during her recovery. An unintended book delivery turned out to be a beacon of enlightenment, opening her eyes to the sacredness of self-care. Embracing the ancestral wisdom passed down through generations, and inspired by teachers who illuminated her path, she decided to embark on a mission with her family: to advocate for proactive self-care, ensuring others never have to learn its importance from a hospital bed with a great view, like the one she found herself in the moment the path of Grand Ri5ing was illuminated.
