Today, I stumbled upon a podcast that immediately resonated with me. The title alone, “Take Back Your Mind,” sparked something deep within, and I knew I had to share it with you. This morning, I was overwhelmed with thoughts about the breaks I’ve taken from Grand Ri5ing. Even after diligently preparing for a business-based show we have been casted for & completing a month’s worth of content last night, I found myself questioning whether my audience would appreciate my newly posted content due to the infrequency of my posts. I was momentarily trapped in a cycle of self-doubt and blame until I consciously shifted my mindset to one of positivity and gratitude.

I reminded myself of my accomplishments and celebrated them. My husband Ro’s words echoed in my mind: “Give more credit to the simplicities and what you have already accomplished before doubting yourself based on what’s not being accomplished in this moment.” I reaffirmed my greatness and understood that these breaks are essential for Grand Ri5ing to flourish. I embraced a powerful insight to exchange grief for grace: to lean away from the rush and embrace the knowing that “I am always right on time.”

It’s easy to get caught up in societal timelines and standards, which often make us overlook our achievements, especially when they include much-needed rest. The negative opinions of others can become so ingrained in our minds that we start living by them, hearing those criticisms even in silence. This is why it’s crucial to dismantle these self-imposed constraints.

Knowing that you are always right on time means you are aligned with your purpose and elevating in divine timing, not by the world’s clock but by the unique schedule designed for you.

What does doing the work look like? It means dedicating time to truly discover who you are and what you need to be who you are meant to be. It involves shedding layers of societal conditioning, releasing them, and standing unapologetically in your truth. It means being unbothered by external pressures and finding peace within.
